Samuel Japhet of Namibia, Southern Africa, a former fisherman linked to the Fishrot corruption saga, passed away recently in April 2024, at the age of 41. He died on board the MV Heinaste vessel in Namport.was found unconscious and non-responsive by his colleagues. No foul play is suspected.
