State Police have identified a woman who was struck and killed while walking on Route 211 and Route 17 in the town of Wallkill late. According to police, a 2017 Ford Escape that was heading west struck Mary Shea, of Naugatuck, Connecticut, when she stepped off the curb and into the right lane of traffic on Route 211.
